Use of four molds ensures precise replication of design details in this mold-forged one-piece model. The new design uses a wider split in the twin spokes. Side cuts are made on the spoke surface only at the widest point between the spokes. The outside surfaces of the spokes and the side cut areas receive a diamond-cut finishing process after painting. This enhances the appeal of forged materials and gives the wheels a bolder, more assertive presence. 3D machining is used to carve AVS MODEL F50, FORGED, and JAPAN MADE logos on the sides of the rim between the spokes, highlighting the premium image of the AVS brand. The luxurious center ornament is also forged from aluminum (with colored letters). The ring portion consists of chrome plating on the milled aluminum surface, perfectly capturing the AVS no-compromise approach to design.
