Generic QSFPDD-400G-SR8 Compatible 400Gbps PAM4 QSFP-DD 400GBASE-SR8 850nm 100m MMF MTP/MPO-16 APC DDM/DOM Optical Transceiver Module Dawnray’s QSFPDD-400G-SR8 optical transceiver is a parallel 400Gbps Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable – Double Density QSFP-DD module for use in 400GBASE Ethernet network. QSFP-DD SR8 provides 425Gb/s throughput up to 100 meters over OM4 or 70 meters over OM3 multi-mode fiber (MMF) with host FEC using 850nm wavelength. This transceiver is fully compliant with QSFP-DD Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3cm 400GBASE-SR8 and IEEE 802.3bs 400GAUI-8 standard. Its electrical interface is MSA compliant 76-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is MTP/MPO-16 APC connector. The full-duplex QSFP-DD transceiver implements 8 independent 53.125Gbps PAM4 transmit and receive signal channels in each fiber for an aggregate 425Gbps data rate. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring/Digital Optical Monitoring (DDM/DOM) support is present for real-time performance monitoring via 2-wire (TWI/I2C) interface. Our modules are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform alternatively to generic/MSA transceivers.
